Low Blood Pressure (Adult)
90/60 mm Hg

Normal (Adult)
120/80 mm Hg

Elevated (Adult)
120-129/80 mm Hg

Hypertension Stage 1 (Adult)
130-139/80-89 mm Hg

Hypertension Stage 2 (Adult)
≥140/≥90 mm Hg

Hypertensive Crisis (Adult)
≥180/≥120 mm Hg

Note:
Using the correct size blood pressure cuff is crucial for accurate results, as an incorrect size can lead to readings that are falsely high or low.

Quit Tobacco
Drink less Alcohol
Regular Exercise
Regular Health Checkup's
Eat Healthy food (less salt, sugar, and trans fat)

Blood Sugar level

Hypoglycemia
<70 mg/dL

Normal
Fasting: 70-99 mg/dL
After meal: <140 mg/dL

Prediabetes
Fasting: 100–125 mg/dL
After meal: 140–199 mg/dL

Diabetes
Fasting: ≥126 mg/dL
After meal: ≥200 mg/dL
Random: ≥200 mg/dL

Note:
"After meal" means 2 hours after finishing a meal because this is when blood sugar levels typically peak and then return to pre-meal levels in a healthy person.
